We are a fixed-price, AI-accelerated software development agency, building SaaS platforms, websites and online stores for clients worldwide. We are the data controller for personal data collected through bydesignuk.co.uk.
To respond to enquiries and quote projects; to deliver, host and support the SaaS platforms, websites and stores we build (contract necessity); to meet our legal and accounting obligations; and, only where you’ve opted in, to send updates about our services.
The infrastructure providers used to build and host client projects (such as Netlify, Supabase, and relevant e-commerce platforms), our payment processor, and our accountant for invoicing records. We never sell client or lead data.
Client and contract records: 7 years (UK accounting and tax requirements). Enquiry data that doesn’t become a project: 12 months.
