We build fixed-price SaaS platforms, websites and online stores, plus ongoing SEO and support plans, for clients worldwide. Full scope and pricing are agreed per project before work begins.
On completion and final payment, full code ownership transfers to the client, as stated in our service offerings — we don’t retain any licensing claim over delivered work.
Projects are quoted and agreed on a fixed-price basis before work begins. Ongoing support and SEO plans are billed on the agreed recurring schedule. Specific payment terms are confirmed in each project’s agreement.
Our services are provided for your own lawful business use. You agree not to use anything we build for unlawful purposes.
We work to deliver projects to the agreed specification and timeline, but we’re not liable for losses arising from third-party services we integrate with (such as hosting or payment providers) acting outside our control.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
